MNIPM means Member of Nigerian Institute of Production Management – NIPM. CMPMP stands for Certified Manufacturing Plant Management Professional. CMM means Certified Manufacturing Manager. CFM full form is Certified Factory Manager. COM means Certified Operations Manager.

The MNIPM, CMPMP, CMM, CFM and COM qualifications are designations administered by Nigerian Institute of Production Management – NIPM.

Practice standards are not the preserve of a single individual, organizations or Industry. NIPM leverages international standards for manufacturing and operations management, sectoral analysis of high performing organizations, KPI and Metrics for COOs, directors of operations, manufacturing and technical director, General Manager, Operations and factory/plant managers as well as Industry information and data analytics among other baselines and paradigms to formulate best practice standards.

CRITERIA AND COST

To earn MNIPM you must have not less than 10 years managerial experience and be a senior executive or top Manager at the minimum. Certifications are obtainable through a 2-day Executive Sandwich Course + Exam or 8 weeks guided private study + projects. Cost of Membership is 95k. Cost of certification is 195k – 250k.
