Supervisory Management and Productivity Improvement Skills Course was organized recently for the staff of primepak Industries Limited by the Nigerian Institute of Production Management (NIPM) in partnership with The Certified Institute of Applied Management And Administration – CIAMA.

Leading the consulting team was Opanuga Olasunkanmi who highlighted the essential principles skills and tools for effective supervision as well as the techniques for improving productivity in the factory environment.
