Our Client, a reputable FMCG company located in Otta, Ogun State urgently requires Senior Engineers and Machine Operators in a new automated factory.

JOB BRIEF

(1) Assistant Manager – Engineering/Senior Engineers 

The ideal candidate should be able to establish standard policies and procedures, lead maintenance engineering/technical department and team, ensure routine calibration and maintenance of a variety of electro- mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, using appropriate maintenance strategies to ensure that plants and equipment are utilized to achieve production targets. Should have knowledge of PPM, SHE policy, Quality Standards and use of computerized maintenance records and reporting.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum qualification: BSc. Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience and ability to perform maintenance of automated machines and equipment. Proficiency in MS Office. Membership Certificate of relevant professional bodies e.g. COREN/NSE, NIPM.

(2) Machine Engineers/Operators

The ideal candidate should be able to operate, service and maintain automated machines including PLCs and control systems, prevent breakdowns/downtime, ensure production targets are met with due regard for zero waste, zero accident, reliability, quality and HSE standards and ensure smooth running of production processes.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum qualifications: OND in Engineering- Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics etc. Membership of NIPM an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 2 years with Troubleshooting/Problem Solving, Documentation, Communication/Reporting Skills.
