To obtain CIPM you will need to take examinations and secure at least 50% mark in each of the subjects covering Principles of Production Management11, Management of Manufacturing Processes, Fundamentals of Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Plant Management, Human Resources Management And Industrial Relations, Quality Management, Management of Product, Sales And Operations Planning, Project Management, Purchasing & Materials Management, Production Cost And Productivity Management, Safety, Health And Environmental Management, Industrial Production Metrics, Maintenance Management, Professional Practice And Ethical Behaviour, Industrial Cases And Project.

 

The CERTIFICATION- CIPM which is maintained by re-certification every 2 years is key part of the fulfillment of standards of professional practice of Production And Operations Management in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

 

No employer who believes in professional development and effective performance is expected to employ or otherwise retain Production Managers without this professional cetification.
