How do Hydraulic Controls Work? - BlueDevil Products

COURSE DURATION:

4 DAYS

DATE:

MAY 14 – 17, 2024

JULY 16 – 19, 2024

TRAINING VENUE:

Nigerian Institute of Production Management-NIPM Training Centre, Ogba Industrial Estate, Ikeja, Lagos.

FOR WHOM:

Engineers, Technologists, Technical Officers, Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians.

COURSE OVERVIEW:

Looking at automation logic and sequence control, high power motion, holding, lifting, placing and other fixtures through the lens of mechatronics is vital on this programme. We are enhancing maintainability, risks reduction and safety for effective and efficient performance of systems that create mechanical motion and power to get work done on a sustainable basis.

Pneumatic and hydraulic systems play a significant role in powering Industrial production/manufacturing processes, agricultural, mining, energy (electricity, oil and gas), construction, transportation/automotive, project sites where hydraulic and pneumatic equipment are utilized and a wide range range of robotic and other applications that requires capability for moving heavy loads, providing greater force, accuracy and precision etc.

In engineering, it is part of innovation and technological advances for effective automation and mass production. Compression and transmission are involved. This training combines the knowledge and practice areas of using fluid power and gas or pressurized air to generate and transmit power to achieve operational goals in production organizations e.g. factories, project sites, technical workshops, laboratories or service lines and stations.

COURSE OBJECTIVES AND LEARNING OUTCOMES:

This engineering and technology training and cross – learning course is principally aimed at providing knowledge and skills for effective performance in maintenance operations roles focusing on hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their associated components for enhanced productivity.

Participants are expected to be back on the job better informed and skilled for productive hydraulic and pneumatic systems applications, maintenance and utilization.

They will get back to work with increased awareness, understanding and expertise to ensure that all machinery and equipment run smoothly, thus increasing capacity utilization, production output, maximizing asset service life, lowering operating costs and improving manpower productivity and overall efficiency.
