Nigerian Institute of Production Management (NIPM) has partnered with BUA Foods Plc, Nigeria’s largest food and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, to deliver a comprehensive training program for its managers and supervisors.

The two-day training event, titled “Effective Supervision and Control of Factory Work, Processing, Packaging and Material Handling,” was held on October 16th and 17th, 2025, at the company’s plant in Port Hacourt, Rivers State. The program aimed to enhance manufacturing process efficiency, quality, maintainability, reliability, and productivity was intended to boost the professional capability of BUA Foods’ production team.

The training program was acknowledged to be highly interactive and practical, with a focus on deepening knowledge and developing skills in key areas of manufacturing operations. 

Participants appreciated the program’s insightful and empowering content, acknowledging the expertise and methodology of NIPM’s faculty.
