Dr. Olaniyi Opanuga, a former Local Government Council Chairman and CEO/Chairman of Optimum Resources Consulting Ltd has become an internationally Certified Management consultant (CMC) in recognition of his excellent professional conduct. Dr. Opanuga is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) the Professional body he joined as an Associate member 38 years ago, in 1984.

CMC-Global Organization is linked to the United Nations as the ICMCI was granted special consultative status.
