Designing and implementing a comprehensive quality, occupational, health, safety, security and environmental (QHSSE) management policy, strategy and programmes should aim at delivering value, ensuring good occupational health and safety practices, safeguarding against potential security threats to personnel, data, assets and reputation, preventing environmental pollution, reducing waste and dealing with emergencies including disaster planning and management.

 

FACULTY

Our faculty comprises professional taught leaders who facilitate a wide range of courses covering OHSE, process control, quality control, quality assurance, TQM, HACCP, 5S/6S, cGMP, ISO/QMS, Quality Inspection and Audit, Quality Processes and Continuous Improvement, Risks/Hazards Identification Control and Management, Engineering Safety, Chemical and Process Safety, Fire Prevention and Management etc.

The need to ensure regulatory compliance and enforce internal regulations and SOPs to ascertain that standards of quality meet technical and customer specifications, maintain a safe workplace, optimum productivity and employee morale and secure the organization including the infrastructure, systems, software and other critical assets and the environment.

How to manage successfully in quality, health, safety, security and environmental roles is taught using NIPM industrial best practice models.
